Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd. is based in Xiaobu Town, Ningdu County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. Tucked deep in the Luoxiao Mountains where Ganzhou, Ji'an and Fuzhou meet, Xiaobu Town is a national 4A-level tourist attraction and the celebrated birthplace of the Red Army's radio communication — a land of rich revolutionary heritage and exceptional natural beauty.
Drawing on Xiaobu Town's natural gifts of high-mountain mist, clean soil and pure water, the company follows the philosophy of "eco first, quality above all, agro-tourism integration, red-heritage empowerment", cultivating eco tea and specialty agricultural products as a modern eco-agriculture enterprise integrating growing, processing, sales, study tours and agro-tourism.
The company today runs a 1,000-mu (≈67 ha) tea base, a 500-mu chrysanthemum tea base and a high-mountain oil-tea camellia base of nearly 500 mu. The tea gardens lie in mountains at elevations of around 1,000 m, wrapped in mist year-round with wide day–night temperature differences — the tea trees grow slowly and build rich natural compounds, yielding plump buds and leaves of high aroma and mellow taste.

General manager Xiong Fangwen built his early career in Shanghai's landscaping industry. Out of his attachment to his hometown mountains, he returned to settle in Xiaobu Town and, building on the 1,000-mu tea garden, introduced Hangbaiju white chrysanthemum on a large scale — adding a notable new chapter to southern Jiangxi's floral tea scene.

In May 2026, the Ningdu County Water Resources Bureau began construction of nearly 10 km of roads and drainage ditches at the company's tea-mountain base — an investment of nearly RMB 3 million to prevent soil erosion; the Jiangxi Provincial Water Resources Institute has since visited the base to conduct soil testing.
The county's development and reform, finance and water resources authorities have carried out repeated joint inspections, and the town's leadership has provided on-site guidance many times — government and enterprise working as one to steward this tea mountain into a sustainable eco landscape.
