On the morning of July 21, general manager Xiong Fangwen and Training Department head Zhang Ziying of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd. met with Chen Shiping, president of Ningdu Technician College, vice president Ouyang Luobao, and Wen Wanqing, director of the college's training office, to finalize details of the college-enterprise cooperation program — Ningdu's first tea ceremony training — to be held at the Xiaobu Town Radio Heritage Education Base, and submitted the project to the Ningdu County Development and Reform Commission.
On the afternoon of July 16, Jiangxi TV Metropolitan Channel visited the tea mountain of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd. for filming and interviews. Liu Qiwei, deputy secretary of the Xiaobu Town Party Committee, and Li Zhiying, chairman of the Town People's Congress, accompanied the crew and gave on-site interviews.

On July 5, seizing the occasion of tea culture writer Zhang Xiake's Gannan fieldwork for his "Rediscovering Gannan Tea" feature and the official launch of the "Gannan High-Mountain Tea" book project, the Xiaobu Town Chamber of Commerce organized the town's first Tea Industry Development Forum. Yi Shangmei, executive president of the chamber and chairman of "Xiaobu Meiren Tea", chamber vice president and secretary-general Xiong Beisan, and Xiaobuxiang Tea general manager Xiong Fangwen joined tea company leaders, major growers and industry practitioners from across the town, along with town mayor Xu Peng and town publicity chief Zhang Qingqing.
On the afternoon of June 24, the County Development and Reform Commission, County Finance Bureau and County Water Resources Bureau inspected on-site construction at the tea mountain of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd. They were accompanied by Xu Peng, deputy secretary of the Xiaobu Town Party Committee and town mayor; executive deputy mayor Guo Chunlin; deputy mayor Zhang Dongsheng; office director Hu Leqing; and He Hui, director in charge of agriculture, forestry and water affairs.
On the morning of June 14, Xiaobu Town Party Committee secretary Yang Hui learned in detail about the Xiaobuxiang tea range and packaging on site, made arrangements for government tea procurement, and discussed use of the tea-processing workshop. He was accompanied by Xu Peng, deputy Party secretary and town mayor; deputy Party secretary Liu Qiwei; deputy mayors He Yifang and Zhang Dongsheng; and Lai Yuhua, general manager of the Tourism Center.
On the afternoon of June 11, Liu Qiwei, deputy secretary of the Xiaobu Town Party Committee, visited the tea mountain of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd. to guide progress on water-conservancy construction, tea mountain landscape improvement, power supply and the tea-processing workshop. He Hui, director in charge of agriculture, forestry and water affairs, and Wu Defeng, Party branch secretary of Hengzhao Village, accompanied the visit.
On the morning of May 26, 2026, the Water Resources Bureau of Ningdu County, Jiangxi Province began construction of nearly ten kilometers of roads and drainage channels at the tea mountain base of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd., an investment of nearly RMB 3 million to prevent soil erosion on the tea mountain.

In accordance with the charter of the Ganzhou Tea Industry Association and upon the company's application, and following review by the association office, the proposal was submitted in writing to the presidency meeting for study and approved by the standing council between April 11 and 13, 2026, appointing Xiong Fangwen, legal representative of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd., as a director of the association.
